Situated at the edge of Horni Mala Upa, the location offers a peaceful retreat yet remains conveniently close to the village amenities, a perfect balance for a relaxing getaway.The rooms are pleasant, though our triple room felt a bit snug for an extended stay but was adequate for a short visit. The ambiance, with walls resembling rustic mountain huts, added to the alpine feel, giving a sense of rejuvenation. The pet-friendly attitude of the owners, reflected in their amiable dog, is a delightful touch for animal lovers.While the cozy bar with local brews and spirits provided a welcoming space for evening unwinding, the absence of certain luxuries like free toiletries or a flat-screen TV may deter those seeking a more extravagant stay. However, for the value-conscious traveler eager for a few days of simplicity amidst nature, Hepnarova Bouda offers a pleasant and authentic choice at a reasonable cost.
